工作職責(zé)
* Deliver financial target in a sustainable way through channel network
management and cooperation as well as promoting product, solution and service
to end users.通過渠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理與協(xié)作，以及向終端用戶提供產(chǎn)品、解決方案和優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)財務(wù)指標(biāo)的可持續(xù)達(dá)成。
* Deliver annual financial target. 達(dá)成年度財務(wù)指標(biāo)。
* Independently manage and cooperate with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs),
drive commercial policy as well as track business progress.獨(dú)立管理且與戰(zhàn)略渠道伙伴(SCPs)
合作，落實(shí)商務(wù)政策并跟進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)展。
* Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic
Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers.獨(dú)立管理拜耳戰(zhàn)略零售商(BSRs)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，并為大型種植者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
* Independently drive demand generation plan and execution. 獨(dú)立落實(shí)需求拉動工作的計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行。
* Independently develop and drive business plan, forecast consumption
progress accurately in a timely manner, map out business upside and downside as
well as take proactive actions.獨(dú)立開發(fā)并落實(shí)商業(yè)計(jì)劃，及時、準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測消耗進(jìn)展，規(guī)劃業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會和風(fēng)險并主動采取行動。
* Manage individual T
