職務(wù)描述
Areas of Responsibility

1，Complete the research in the initial period (incl. research and collect the basic data about the competitor samples).完成前期的產(chǎn)品研究，包括市場(chǎng)樣機(jī)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)研究、整理。
2，Complete the whole layout and frame design, also include the detail design by himself/herself.

3，Complete the needed the development tasks within NPD cycle (incl. layout, design, specification draft, modification, sampling, verification and release).
完成新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)周期內(nèi)所需的各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)工作（整機(jī)布局，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，規(guī)格起草，修訂，打樣，驗(yàn)證和發(fā)行）。
4，Secure the needed technical support when problem reported, Analysis the test data and provide the executable solution, initiate needed changes and execute.
當(dāng)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題時(shí)及時(shí)給予技術(shù)支持，對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析，提出可執(zhí)行的改善方案，必要時(shí)發(fā)起設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)并執(zhí)行。
5，Review the document of the product and have the knowledge to judge the data (incl. BOM, 2D drawing, SPEC, production description and so on).
初步審核產(chǎn)品資料，如BOM、圖紙、規(guī)格書(shū)等
6，Take full responsibility of specifications, drive the execution and deliverables of stakeholders and be responsible for result.
對(duì)規(guī)格制定的全過(guò)程負(fù)責(zé)，推動(dòng)相關(guān)干系人的執(zhí)行、交付并對(duì)規(guī)格的最終結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。
7，Be part of define the technical standard and specifications, improve test plan and provide creative suggestion.
參與制定技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，完善測(cè)試計(jì)劃并提出合理化建議。
8，Be part of process definition and improvement.
參與流程的制定和改進(jìn)。


職位要求：
1，全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，專(zhuān)業(yè)與崗位相關(guān)。
2，有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備一定的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷。
3，熟練使用CROE軟件，英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力好。
4，能接受出差，主要在江浙滬地區(qū)，每月出差時(shí)間約5天左右。
