Assist in organizing training activities, including developing training plans and coordinating training sessions. Maintain employee records and update HR systems. Provide general administrative and office support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the HR field. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels.
