1. Guarantee stable operation of Chemical dosing/PWT system, Optimization of the Chemical dosing/PWT facilities / 確保化學(xué)品加藥系統(tǒng)以及純水系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，優(yōu)化上述兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備以及工藝;
2. NO impact to production(bottleneck process) operation from PUT side, no wrong chemical dosing accordingly / 沒(méi)有因?yàn)镻UT的原因?qū)ιa(chǎn)線（關(guān)鍵工序）的操作產(chǎn)生影響，沒(méi)有因?yàn)榧渝e(cuò)藥導(dǎo)致的生產(chǎn)線停產(chǎn)以及報(bào)廢;
3. Well training of related shift foreman and technicians to support smoothly running of PWT/CD system / 對(duì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)班以及技術(shù)員進(jìn)行很好的培訓(xùn)，確保他們能夠有足夠多的知識(shí)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行順利運(yùn)行;
4. Working instruction document developing for technician guidance / 更新相關(guān)文件系統(tǒng)以滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行的需要，確保現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行與相關(guān)文件的一致性;
5. Cost saving project cooperation and implementation, make sure the operation cost can fulfill the requirement of Budget. / 對(duì)成本節(jié)約做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)，確保系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行成本滿足當(dāng)年的Budget的要求;
6. Back up other PWT/CS engineer/成為其他工藝工程師的后備;
7. Proper project support for following production and PUT system ramp up / 對(duì)后續(xù)生產(chǎn)以及相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展提供合理的支持.
任職要求：
1. Bachelor degree with bachelor degree of chemistry/mechanical engineering/ environmental protection; 本科學(xué)歷，主修化工、機(jī)械工程或環(huán)境工程專業(yè);
2. Capability to focus on complex problems; 具有復(fù)雜問(wèn)題的處理能力;
3. Good technical understanding; 具備良好的專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí);
4. Good written and oral English; 良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力;
5. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), Process control system; 熟練的計(jì)算機(jī)操作技能—辦公自動(dòng)化和過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng);
6. Good stress management skills; 能承受一定的工作壓力;
7. Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well); 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
8. Interdisciplinary thinking and acting; 綜合思考并解決問(wèn)題的能力;
9. Good communication skills. 具有良好的溝通技巧.
