工作內容：
1. 潛在客戶的及時溝通和跟進，明確客戶需求，包括：客戶詢價、留言等及時性外呼，在線實時溝通等；
2. 學習和了解工業(yè)過濾行業(yè)的基礎知識，挖掘現(xiàn)有客戶以及行業(yè)內潛在客戶的新需求，提供高質量銷售線索；
3. 1688店鋪運營（包含產品維護，客戶答疑）以及訂單錄入；
4. 與內部各部門銷售協(xié)同配合，提高客戶的服務體驗；
5. 及時向客戶匯報業(yè)務進展，維護好與客戶之間的關系，以增加合作的機會和業(yè)務量；
6. 分析線索的跟進情況，協(xié)助經理不斷完善線索跟進流程，提高效率和效果。
7. 經理分配的其他相關的工作。
