Ensure all activities to meet BASF standards of EHS, 5S and QM.

Responsible for your own safety and care about safety of fellow workers as well, the detail information please see the EHS responsibility description.
能夠熟練操作所有的應(yīng)用實(shí)驗(yàn)室的設(shè)備同應(yīng)用技術(shù)人員（包括：準(zhǔn)確操作噴涂機(jī)，校驗(yàn)噴涂機(jī)，完成并滿(mǎn)足噴涂申請(qǐng)，嚴(yán)格確保應(yīng)用質(zhì)量等）
Capable of conducting all the operational items same as Application Technician (e.g., Operate spray machine proficiently; Calibration for all spray machines; Implement and fulfill all application requirements timely, strictly follow specifications and ensure the application quality, etc.)
定期檢查及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)設(shè)備（包括：噴涂機(jī)，霧化器，旋杯）
Regular check and maintain the equipment, e.g., spray machine, atomizer, bell cups.
能夠熟練操作板材測(cè)量設(shè)備（包括：膜厚儀，橘皮儀，色差儀）
Conduct panel assessments by using measuring devices proficiently, e.g., film thickness meter / wavescan / color measurement meter.
能夠支持PO，應(yīng)用，生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的質(zhì)量缺陷調(diào)查
Support to investigate the root cause of quality complaints and coordinate effectively with PO/Application/Operation to improve quality.

噴房環(huán)境控制（包括：噴房溫濕度，顆粒測(cè)量）
Spay booth climate control, e.g., adjust Temperature
