Responsibility
Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimise quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.
Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation, training operators and technician to understand, make sure all related people to follow instruction and specification.
Coordinate the consumption of chemicals, raw and auxiliary materials.
Delivers breakthrough levels of improvement in reducing defects, variation, cost, capacity, and risks to customer.
Check and optimise parameters of environmental impact regularly
Involve in purchasing new equipment (Draw up specifications, make evaluations, technical analysis, installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production), qualify it per qualification plan items as plan time and report it.
Implementation (realisation) of TS16949 and EN ISO 14001, EHAS18001.
Other Job assignment from superior.
Requirements
Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth):
？ Optimisation of the input of human and technical resources during the shift to get a high productivity.
？ Completion of a technical education, experience in related industry advantageous.
？ Experiences in leading or training people advantageous.
？ Willing and good in learning by doing.
？ Good organisation skills.
？ Good Written and oral English skills.
？ Good stress management skills.
？ Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
？ Good communication skills.
？ Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).
？ Be able to work in a 4 shift system if there is necessary in a short period.
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Lotus Notes etc…
？ Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
？ Good leadership skills, willing to develop further.
？ Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
？ Good at manufacturing FMEA ,CP, Root cause analysing
