Responsibility：
Related Project yield driving and YIP validation
Support equipment / material/employee /metrology/process qualification and？ system maintain
Participate RA of change control, validation strategy and data collection support and result confirmation, WP preparation and review
？Excursion management:
Quality System Improvement
Line walk, internal audit, gap analysis
Customer line walk, audit support
QE or QLM job arrangement or Optimization
Team development
Project management
Requirements:
Technical education on higher level (preferably with specialisation in chemistry or process engineering), experience in related industry advantageous.
Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000 and TS16949).
JMP software implementation experience
Works independently.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English.
Stress resistant.
Precise and open communication.
Familiar with MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
Familiar with Minitab, Mindmap.
Team spirit
