Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of local energy storage market, including but not limited to market information collection and analysis, organizing or participating in overseas exhibitions, following up key potential customers, supporting the development of channel key customers, supervising the implementation of policies, supervising payment collection and strictly controlling risks.
2. Achieved annual sales target and market development, and achieved profit target;
3. Led the business negotiations with customers, followed up the dissent handling until both parties reached an agreement and signed the contract;
4. Collected market information of competitors and gave feedback to the responsible person regularly;
5. Customer relationship maintenance;
6. Responsible for team management, member ability and performance improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, management, marketing, etc is preferred;
2. More than 5 years of sales experience in new energy market, more than 3 years of sales experience in energy storage industry, energy storage resources are preferred;
3. Familiar with import and export trade procedures, with strong ability to develop overseas markets;
4, with strong compressive capacity and strain capacity; Clear logic, master certain negotiation skills, driving force; Good at dealing with internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, can independently receive customer visits;
5. Language requirement: Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)當(dāng)?shù)貎?chǔ)能市場(chǎng)的開拓,包括但不限于市場(chǎng)信息收集與分析,組織或參加海外展會(huì),跟進(jìn)重點(diǎn)潛在客戶,支持渠道重點(diǎn)客戶的開發(fā),監(jiān)督政策執(zhí)行,監(jiān)督回款并嚴(yán)格控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
2. 完成年度銷售目標(biāo)和市場(chǎng)開拓,并完成利潤(rùn)目標(biāo);
3. 主導(dǎo)與客戶的商務(wù)談判,跟進(jìn)異議處理,直至雙方達(dá)成一致并簽訂合同;
4. 收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的市場(chǎng)信息,并定期反饋給相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人;
5. 客戶關(guān)系維護(hù);
6. 負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,成員能力和績(jī)效的提升。
任職資格:
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、電氣、管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. 5年以上新能源市場(chǎng)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上儲(chǔ)能行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有儲(chǔ)能資源者優(yōu)先;
3. 熟悉進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易程序,具有較強(qiáng)的開拓海外市場(chǎng)的能力;
4、具有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力和應(yīng)變能力;邏輯清晰,掌握一定的談判技巧、推動(dòng)力;善于處理內(nèi)外部關(guān)系,懂得基本的商務(wù)禮儀,能獨(dú)立接待客戶來(lái)訪;
5. 語(yǔ)言要求:較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書面溝通能力
