Execute all tests with required precisionProvide test results to all people concerned in timeAssure quality of incoming chemicalsEnsure economical use of resourcesIncoming goods inspectionTests for continuous product and process quality assuranceTests for process, equipment and product qualificationWaste water analysis Check, calibrate and clean laboratory equipment regularlyCooperate with process and quality engineers in problem solving cycles and continuous improvement activitiesPrepare laboratory and process reagentsDistribution of analysis results, quality reportingOther Job assignment from superior.？ Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000)？ Works independently？ Analytical skills ？ Stress resistant？ Precise and open communication？ Team spirit？ Basic English knowledge ？ Familiar with MS-office ？ Basic knowledge of SI units system (metric system)？ Knowledge of general, analytical and preparative chemistry？ Knowledge about characteristics and handling of laboratory chemicals, in particular toxic substances using safety data sheets？ Professional handling of pressure tanks, e.g. steel bottles and reactors？ Know-how in chemical quality assurance and its application in accordance with relevant regulations？ Know-how in preparing and processing solid, liquid and gaseous samples (e.g. sieve analysis)？ Know-how in carrying out basic operations in a laboratory (such as weighing, volumetric measurements, drying, diluting and preparing of standard solutions)？ Carry out separation, cleaning- and concentrating procedures, such as filtration, centrifugation, distillation, extraction, crystallising, absorbing and adsorbing (under normal pressure and in vacuum)？ Set up of experimental and analysing equipment？ Knowledge in carrying out physical chemistry analyses, such as pH-measurements and electrical conductivity？ Knowledge in carrying out general chemical analyses, such as gravimetric or volumetric analyses？ Knowledge of chromatography, spectrophotometry, polarimetry？ Knowledge of electrochemical analyses
