Job Details What you will doImplement strategic employee communications strategy and campaigns to inspire and engage employees and build a high-performance culture in Asia Pacific.Closely work with global internal communication team, APAC and China internal stakeholders to execute employee communication projects including executive messages, announcements, townhall meetings and all internal communications related activities including newsletters, social media posting and internal events. Prepare English and Chinese language internal and external communication materials including drafting, editing, and finalizing speeches, executive messages, PPT presentations and videos, etc. Work with other Communications team members and Government Affairs team on the thought leadership campaigns, such as China Development ForumWork closely with business and functional teams to develop and execute digital and social plans, campaigns and calendar.Drive internal employee engagement activities and compelling contents to increase the brand awareness and business opportunities.Manage and work with agencies and vendors (event, translation, design, etc) to ensure project delivery on time and with good quality.
