What you do?Minimum BS degree majored in electric mechanical or tooling.?5 years’ experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer with a manufacturing organization or product development. Manufacturing quality work experience is preferred. ?Ability to take initiative and maintain good written and oral communication in an international team environment.?Take effective actions to keep supplier with good quality performance.?Effectively and efficiently manage suppliers of mature and complex manufacturing systems for mechanical parts/commodities such as, including but not limited: metal, plastic, cable, foam, pouch, gasket, packing and ODM voice/video products.Your day to day?Conduct the pre-survey, general supplier, manufacturing process survey and regular audits.?Perform supplier training, including Supplier Quality Management, PAR, ECN and Doc.?Generate the DMR/SCAR to supplier for the defects and review the corrective actions with suppliers.?Handle FSR related components issue solving.?Weekly monitor supplier manufacturing quality indicators and meeting for related quality issues.?Management the suppliers Quality performance (scorecard) and conduct the improvement activities.?Support RoHS, Conflict Mineral, NDAA, Kaspersky, Security compliance etc.?Sourcing Inspection and handling of the rejects.?New part evaluation and approval (PAR).?Product annual re-qualification and transfer project qualification.?Change management with suppliers.?Own the bad supplier quality improve project.?Trip to suppliers as need and perform line audit.?Participate in new supplier quality agreement and new project sourcing plan approval.What you bring to the team?Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 6-Sigma etc. quality tools; Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis software.?Analytical ability, fact-oriented, quick in understanding and problem solving, responsible, self-motivated and can work under pressure.?Excellent communication skills, strong English skills are a must, including fluent oral English?Excellent teamwork spirit and skills, good personality skills to get along well with team associates?Strong at problem solving and diffusing urgent and complex issues?Supervisory experience or possess skill as a plus?Frequent business trip in ChinaWork Location can be Shenzhen or Dongguan 職能類別：供應(yīng)商管理
