職位描述：
-負責it服務運維，基礎架構維護（包括但不限于，網(wǎng)絡，服務器，桌面系統(tǒng)，電話，移動設備等），確保提供的it服務和支持符合全球信息部制定的標準。
ensure availability of it services by operating and maintaining it infrastructure (networks, services, telephony,and mobile environments) within given global framework and standards.

support global and local it projects, activities and roll-outs in cooperation with global it groups and 3rd parties.
-管理和維護服務器機房，網(wǎng)絡，確保服務器和網(wǎng)絡安全穩(wěn)定運行。
manage and maintain server room and network environment, ensuring safety and stability of it services.
-維護和更新基礎架構文檔或其他it相關文檔（包括但不限于，資產(chǎn)列表，流程圖，系統(tǒng)配置文檔等）
maintain and update documentation of infrastructure and work place environment (e.g. asset lists, diagrams, configurations).
-管理供應商和服務提供商
manage vendors and service providers.
-it資產(chǎn)管理（計算機，打印機，投影儀等）; 員工入職，離職it設備發(fā)放；it設備的采購.
it asset management (computer, printer, projector etc.). procurement and maintenance of it workplace hardware, assignment and recovery of it hardware when employees join and leave the company.

provide it user support, using defined processes and tools.
工作經(jīng)驗:
job requirements:
-計算機相關本科畢業(yè)或以上
computer related bachelor’s degree or above.
-5年以上企業(yè)it基礎架構運維支持工作經(jīng)驗（ad服務器，cisco網(wǎng)絡交換機，防火墻管理，郵件服務器以及信息安全，桌面支持）
5+ years of working experience with it infrastructure operations (adserver, cisco network sw and exchange server and information security).
-有企業(yè)it基礎架構項目經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先
experience in it infrastructure project implementation is a plus.
-有制藥行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
-良好的溝通能力
good interpersonal- and communication skills.
-能使用簡單的日語或英語溝通的候選人優(yōu)先
communication in simple japanese or english candidates will be preferred.
-有mcse，ccna，itil證書的候選人優(yōu)先
mcse, ccna and itil certificate holders will be preferred.
