工作職責
? in charge of mechanical parts design of sanitary valve and centrifugal pump
負責衛(wèi)生泵和閥門的機械設計
? in charge of localization project of pump and valve, and solve problems during localization
負責泵和閥門的國產(chǎn)化項目，并負責解決在國產(chǎn)化過程中遇到的問題
? participate in new product development projects with headquarter, and do technical analysis and evaluation on design concepts. at the same time, provide support to headquarter on chinese standard or regulations
參與德國總部的新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)，并對方案進行技術性分析評估，同時提供中國標準規(guī)范的技術支持
? track and coordinate on samples making, manufacture, inspection and so on in order to ensure samples can be finished on time
全程跟蹤協(xié)調(diào)樣品的加工、制作及檢驗，以保證樣品按時完成
? analyze abnormal condition of product during production and provide solution, then coordinate to implement
分析產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的異常情況， 并給出解決方案，協(xié)調(diào)實施
? regular meetings with head quarter to communicate or share product information
與德國總部進行定期溝通、分享關于產(chǎn)品的相關信息
? create 3d model, 2d drawings and bom list for products or parts
創(chuàng)建產(chǎn)品或零件的3d模型、2d圖紙及bom表
? provide technical support to after sales, analyze and solve technical problem of product on customer site
給售后部門提供技術支持，分析、解決產(chǎn)品在客戶現(xiàn)場是用的技術問題

iii. qualifications
職位要求
? bachelor degree or above with the major of mechanical
機械專業(yè)本科及以上學歷
? more than 5 years working experience in mechanical design
5年以上機械設計工作經(jīng)驗, 有衛(wèi)生設備設計經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
? experience on international projects, good communication and coordination skill。 manufacturing engineering in an multinational company is a plus
有跨國項目的經(jīng)驗，良好的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力。 外資企業(yè)機械制造工程師優(yōu)先
? knowledge about hygienic equipment is a plus, for example 3a, ehedg, gmp
了解衛(wèi)生設備標準規(guī)范優(yōu)先，如3a, ehedg, gmp
? sap system experience is a plus
有sap系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
? experience with mechanical calculations (e.g. fem) is a plus.
有機械設計計算經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先（如：有限元分析）
? fluent english, both oral and written
流利的英語口語及書寫能力
? be skilled in software such as creo (pro/e) /inventor and autocad
